  1. To educate and support customers and dealers
  2. To identify/ analyse the quality problems and report
  3. To communicate with other departments/factory/dealers
  4. To be able to drive a car
  5. To report to manager (such as technical information, activity monthly)

SERVICE ADMIN

EXPERIENCE 1-2 years (prefer for experience in customer call center)

JOB DESCRIPTION
  1. To check the dealers' service level
  2. To survey actual customer satisfaction
  3. Follow up and call the customers provided by authorized
  4. Dealers (monthly incentive claim list and retail sale list)

SERVICE ENGINEER
