Service Activities

Kubota Myanmar service staffs provide the comprehensive service in warranty claim and repairing. Moreover, they also visit to customers occasionally and give suggestion the condition of products usage.

Kubota Myanmar Service Offices

To provide service for our customers in nationwide, Kubota Myanmar established 9 service offices until 2019 and they are being provided as mobile service till reach to customer place.

DEALER DEVELOPMENT

In order to provide high quality and standardized service, Kubota Myanmar dealers must adhere the following criteria which recommend by Kubota Myanmar.

INFRASTUCTURE

The dealership must have the recommended facilities and workshop to service the Kubota products.



TOOLS & EQUIPMENTS

The dealership must have the recommended Tools and Equipments to service the Kubota Products.



MANPOWER & TRAINING

Dealers must be have adequate manpower as recommended by Kubota Myanmar for the Kubota products they sell. Kubota Myanmar also provide the technical trainings to dealer’s service staffs as a Kubota Myanmar training programs. Training courses for dealers are as following.

Tractor repairing technique course 5 days
Combine harvester repairing technique course 5 days
Transplanter repairing technique course 5 days
Basic course for excavator 3 days
Excavator repairing technique 5 days

MAINTAINING YOUR KUBOTA

To prevent any issues, it’s important to know the condition of your equipment well. Always check your equipment before starting and operating.

To avoid personal injury:
Be sure to check and service the equipment on a level surface with the engine shut off, the parking brake “ON” and implement lowered to the ground.

The Daily Checks listed below are generic for most Kubota products. We recommend that you consult your operator’s manual for information on your specific model.

DAILY CHECKS

  • Walk around inspection. (for all models.)
  • Tighteness of tyre mounting bolt and nut .
  • Tension of Crawler. (if applicable)
  • Tyre pressure, Rollers, wear or damage (and/or track damage).
  • Damage and wear to body.
  • Care of danger, warning and caution labels.
  • Tightness of all bolts, nuts and pins, etc.
  • Abnormal noise or vibrations.
  • Check there are no fluid leaks.
  • Check engine oil level.
  • Check transmission / hydraulic oil levels.
  • Check coolant level.
  • Check water separator.
  • Clean grill, radiator and screen.
  • Check air cleaner.
  • Check brake pedal & braking.
  • Check parking brake.
  • Check clutch pedal & clutching.
  • Check indicators, gauges and meters.
  • Check lights.
  • Check seat belt.
  • Check movable parts.
  • Refuel.
