LOCATION Zone-B, Thilawa Special

EXPERIENCE 2 years experience in a related field
QUALIFICATION Any bachelor's Degree Holder
GENDER / AGE (Quantity) Male (Age 25-30) / (1 person)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  1. Qualified using of computer skills such as excel, word and powerpoint
  2. English Skills (Can communicate )
  3. Good teamwork and Cooperation to work and good communication skills
  4. Experience in using an ERP system or other inventory control systems is also required
  5. Can travel the purpose of the business trip
  6. Better to have a background related to spare parts
  7. Salary – Negotiable, depending on experience and skill
JOB DESCRIPTION
  1. Check the dealer's inquiries and purchase orders in daily work
  2. Prepare shipment for dealers (picking save) and send shipment information to related dealer
  3. Sending update back order report and inform update balance to related dealer
  4. Update the new spare part items in the system

JOB DESCRIPTION
  1. Making the updated spare parts arrival list and sending by mail
  2. Handling internal usage process (service team, logistics team, manufacturing team)
  3. Handling the spare parts borrow process (service team, logistics team and manufacturing team)
  4. Proceed the spare parts receiving process in the Accpac system and RC numbers information sending to Account Department
  5. Spare Parts receiving process in Accpac System Warranty Claim, Hotline Claim and Borrow (Issue the internal usage from Accpac System)
