EXPERIENCE 2 years experience in a related field
QUALIFICATION Any bachelor's Degree Holder
GENDER / AGE (Quantity) Male/Female (Age Within 20-25) / (1 Person)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  1. Qualified using of computer skills such as excel, word and powerpoint
  2. Experience of using an ERP system or other inventory control systems is also required
  3. Better to have a background related to spare parts
  4. Good teamwork and Cooperation to work and good communication skills
  5. Salary – Negotiable, depending on experience and skill
  6. English Skills (Can communicate)
JOB DESCRIPTION
  1. Making the updated spare parts arrival list and sending by mail
  2. Handling internal usage process (service team, logistics team, manufacturing team)
  3. Handling the spare parts borrow process (service team, logistics team and manufacturing team)
  4. Proceed the spare parts receiving process in the Accpac system and RC numbers information sending to Account Department
  5. Spare Parts receiving process in Accpac System Warranty Claim, Hotline Claim and Borrow (Issue the internal usage from Accpac System)
